JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: |
• Assist project engineers and managers in executing technical tasks and ensuring safety standards. |
• Maintain and organize technical documentation (e.g., project plans, reports, specifications). |
• Process freelancer/subcontractor payments and resolve discrepancies with the finance team. |
• Create, track, and manage purchase orders (POs) for materials, equipment, and services. |
• Prepare technical reports and progress updates; update project management software. |
• Serve as a liaison for technical queries from internal teams, contractors, and clients. |
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulations. |
• Assist with procurement and materials coordination, ensuring timely availability of resources. |
REQUIREMENTS: |
• Diploma in Engineering, Administration or related field. |
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical or administrative role (preferably within the oil and gas industry). |
• Strong technical knowledge of oil and gas operations, safety standards, and equipment. |
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. |
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. |
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). |
• Willing to be based at Kota Kinabalu. |
